Dallas, Texas · October 22–24, 2026 · Application Only
Tim Berry’s Private Advanced 401(k) Planning Session is built for business owners, investors, and professionals facing retirement-plan decisions a general presentation can’t resolve. Before you arrive, Tim will already know your situation, your assets, and the questions you need answered.
The application takes about five to seven minutes. No payment is required to apply, and applying does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a seat.
A traditional class teaches the same material to everyone useful information, but no clear line back to your assets, entities, family, or the decision in front of you. Before this session begins, Tim already knows why you're attending, which assets and structures are involved, and which questions matter most to you. That lets the discussion start further ahead.
Advanced retirement plan decisions rarely involve just one issue. A question about a business, property, Roth account, LLC, distribution, beneficiary, or valuation often raises related questions about prohibited transactions, UBIT, estate planning, asset protection, beneficiary planning, or other connected issues. The value of the session is in organizing the issues that matter to your situation, not in presenting every possible strategy.
The questions, options, and structures that deserve further examination.
Potential problems, conflicts, prohibited transactions, and unanswered questions.
Documents, valuations, plan records, or agreements that may still be needed.
The choices that must be settled before you can move forward with confidence.
Your priorities organized into practical 30-, 60-, and 90-day steps.
Each accepted participant completes a detailed planning questionnaire and a private call with Tim before the event. Tim reviews this information in advance and identifies any additional documents or information that may be helpful to bring, if any.
A small group dinner with Tim and the five participants to meet one another, review how the conference will work, and begin the weekend in a relaxed setting.
Two full days of advanced education with Tim, focused on the planning principles, risks, and decisions that matter most to the five participants attending.
Once you return home and begin working from your Action Map, new questions or changed circumstances may affect what should happen next. Within 30 days, you will meet privately with Tim to review your progress, address what has changed, and make sure your next steps are still clear.
A structured questionnaire designed to organize your situation before the event and surface the questions that need attention.
A private call with Tim to clarify your primary decision, the assets involved, and the outcome you need from the session.
Tim reviews your submitted information so the session doesn't begin with him learning your situation for the first time.
A small-group dinner with Tim and the five participants to meet one another, review how the conference will work, and begin the weekend in a relaxed setting.
A written plan developed with Tim that organizes the issues to address, the decisions to make, and the next steps to take over the following 30, 60, and 90 days.
Two days with Tim covering advanced retirement-plan, tax, ownership, asset-protection, and estate-planning issues, with questions and discussion throughout both days.
You will be doing the thinking. We will provide lunch, refreshments, and the fuel to keep you focused throughout both days.
At the end of Day Two, you sit with Tim. With everything you have learned fresh in your mind, Tim shows you exactly how it applies to your situation and turns it into a clear plan for what to do next.
You and Tim will build a personalized written Action Map showing what needs attention, what decisions must be made, and what to do over the next 30, 60, and 90 days.
Think of something on the way home? Hit a speed bump while putting the plan into action? Your private follow-up call gives you time with Tim to work through it and keep moving.
You will not be left with an incomplete or confusing plan. If your Action Map needs additional work or clarification, Tim will continue working with you privately at no additional charge.

Tim has built his career around recognizing the connections others may overlook, identifying where problems can arise, and helping clients understand the complete picture before important decisions are made.
